What kinds of personal data does Eesti Traat OÜ collect and how is this data used?

The above mentioned personal data is accessible by the employees of Eesti Traat OÜ. If you submit an inquiry via the contact form, your personal data may also be accessed by our cooperation partner who provides us with IT services. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data.

Personal data collected from inquiries is retained for as long as the signed customer agreement remains valid. If the customer agreement was not signed, then personal data will only be stored for statistical purposes (sales statistics) for a period of 5 years from the date of submission of the request. Eesti Traat OÜ has a legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6 (1) (f)) in compiling sales statistics for the better planning of its business activities.
